What the app does

MangoGroup Balance API reads account names, types and balances from QuickBooks Online companies that MangoGroup OÜ (or a party it explicitly authorizes) has connected to the app. The app performs read-only queries and never creates or changes data in QuickBooks.

Data we store

• The QuickBooks company ID (realm ID) and the OAuth access and refresh tokens for each connected company. Tokens are encrypted at rest.
• A name for each API client and a hashed (not readable) API key.
• Daily exchange-rate tables (public ECB reference rates), which contain no personal data.

Account balances and other QuickBooks data are fetched on request and passed to the requesting client. We do not store or copy them.

Who processes the data

• Intuit Inc. (QuickBooks Online API), as the source of the data.
• Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the application and its database. The application runs on Cloudflare's global network; the database is located in Western Europe (primary in London, United Kingdom). Cloudflare may keep technical request logs (IP address, time, URL).

We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone else.

Retention and deletion

Stored tokens are kept while the connection is active and are deleted when the connection is disconnected or when you ask us to delete them (see Disconnect).

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to processing, by writing to info@mangogroup.eu. You may also complain to your supervisory authority, for Estonia the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (Data Protection Inspectorate).
