End User License Agreement

This agreement is between MangoGroup OÜ ("we") and the person or company using MangoGroup Balance API ("you").

1. Use

MangoGroup Balance API is an internal tool. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it only with API keys we issue to you and only for your own QuickBooks Online companies, or companies whose owners have authorized you. You must keep your API key secret and not attempt to bypass rate limits or access other users' data.

2. Your QuickBooks data

By connecting a QuickBooks company you authorize the app to read its account data through the Intuit API. You can withdraw this at any time (see Disconnect). How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Exchange rates and reported figures

Converted amounts use public ECB reference rates and are indicative only. They are not suitable for bookkeeping, invoicing or trading decisions.

4. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MangoGroup OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or data, arising from the use of the app.

6. Termination

We may suspend or end access at any time. You may stop using the app and disconnect your company at any time.

7. Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Estonia.
